Everyone has to have some rules in life, so here are a few of mine:
I have a merchandise quality guarantee: I believe in quality materials and workmanship, and I make my jewelry with high quality materials that are built to last! Therefore, I will repair or replace any item if it breaks due to improper workmanship or inferior materials within 30 days of purchase. There is one condition: if an item is damaged do to improper use or extreme wear and tear, I think it is understandable that I will not hold myself responsible. (Although I will take it as a great compliment if you’re wearing my pieces “too much!”)
30 days after the date of purchase, I will repair my jewelry for a minimal fee; I want you to enjoy my jewelry for a very long time!
If an item is damaged during the shipping process, please contact me immediately to discuss replacement or return.
Payment:
For ease and enhanced security, purchase transactions take place through my Etsy store. When you click “Buy Now” on any piece, you will be directed to a cart within Etsy. If you do not currently have an account, the process is very easy to undertake.
Both PayPal and Credit Cards are acceptable forms of payment; please contact me directly if you need to inquire about other arrangements. Once the funds for a purchase are verified, I will promptly ship your order.
Shipping:
My shipping charges include any and all expenses associated with packaging and shipping your item. I will individually wrap your jewelry in a nice little bag, which is suitable for storing the piece and makes a very nice gift wrapping. I also insure items that are $20 or more.
Buyers outside the U.S.:
Currently, I do not ship outside of the U.S. However, this may change in the future, so please contact me if you live outside of the US and are interested in my jewelry. I will see if I can accommodate your needs!
Returns and Exchanges:
Your satisfaction is my main goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately. The item can be returned or exchanged, minus shipping costs. The item must be returned in new condition in the original packaging within 10 days of the original shipping date. (Earrings must not be worn.) Please contact me prior to returning an item to help eliminate any errors or confusion.
